Branch Sales Manager | Cheadle | Salary up to 35,000 + Benefits

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for the Builders Merchant industry? We are looking for a dedicated Branch Sales Manager to join our brand new site in Cheadle Hulme.

Branch Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing: Efficiently handle sales orders, invoicing, and all associated administration tasks.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to expand our wider network and ensure repeat business.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new customer opportunities with the support of our technical department.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of rendering, external wall insulation, tiles, and flooring (training will be provided) to assist customers effectively.
  • Liaison and Communication: Engage with customers and suppliers face-to-face and over the phone to progress orders and resolve any queries.
  • Performance Achievement: Meet performance targets, focusing on trade counter sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up Activities: Follow up on quotations raised and reconnect with dormant customers to revive relationships.
  • Logistics Assistance: Support branch logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stock Management: Maintain stock levels as set by the company and develop the required stock profile to meet customer demands.
  • Budget Adherence: Work within agreed budgets to optimize branch performance.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing efforts to promote the branch and help increase sales.
