Customer Support Advisor - Cheadle - £23k + benefits
A fast moving and dynamic Telecoms company based in Cheadle, Manchester are currently expanding its team and recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join their company. They have brand new high spec executive offices in South Manchester near Manchester Airport and offer a relaxed but focused environment.
Part Time Hours: 4 hours per day Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm.
Full Tine Hours: 9am to 5pm
Main duties of the role will include the following:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Making outbound customer & welcome calls
- Liaising with networks and billing providers
- Resolving any customer issues or queries in a professional manner
- Administration
- Updating Database
Applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Experience in customer service
- Good IT skills
- Problem solving ability
- Organisation Skills are essential
- Ability to meet deadlines
