£25K + Uncapped commission - OTE £50-60K
My client is looking for a number of individuals to join their rapidly expanding business and to support their growth and continuous success. They are one of the biggest names in new build lending and have a huge growth structure in place!
They specialise in first time buyers and therefore have a relationship with site managers who continuall generate warm leads for the advisors. This is an opportunity to work as a Mortgage Advisor in a fast paced and busy enviroment with huge earning potential. This would be perfect for someone who already has experience in the mortgage industry and can therefore hit the ground running.
They are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to have open conversations with people of all levels, ideally with strong sales experience.
What you'll do
" Receive inbound calls from site managers who have customers with them looking for a mortgage quotation " Having an open conversation with customers around what their requirements are
" Opening up sales avenues and advising the best plan for the customer " Finding opportunities to maximize revenue streams
You will have:
" Experience of selling and converting HOT mortgage leads " Strong conversational skills and the ability to handle objections
