I am currently recruiting for a primary school in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport in Greater Manchester that are looking to appoint a new one to one SEND Teaching Assistants with SEMH experience to join their team. The positions are long term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. These roles are full time.
As a 1-2-1 SEND Teaching Assistant you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting students with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a 1-2-1 and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.
