About The Role of Temporary Business Administrator :
- Provide efficient administration in the delivery of client services for training, legal transactional and tribunal support, together with general administration and support for all the business
- Co-ordinate the various strands and workflow of each project / case ensuring alignment to required timescales and plans
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication of required information and progress reporting
- Supporting the creation of proposal documents and training collateral
- Handling all training support administration including provision and analysis oif pre and post training evaluation questionnaires
- Creating invoice data and reports for learning projects
- Liaise with Digital Content Manager and or Head of Learning, as appropriate, for delivery of marketing communications from the scope agreed.
- Organise documentation, including the ordering of legal documents and maintaining up to date filing of precedents and legal updates
- Supporting admin for tribunal case management, creating of new cases and producing court bundles
- Managing diaries and arrangements for investigation meetings
- Maintaining the internal database
What Skills & Experience will be required for the Temporary Business Administrator:
- Previous admin experience ideally from a professional services background
- Excellent communicator and service focused
- Experience of liaising with clients and wider business teams.
- Experience of producing professional documents with graphical content.
- Positive, flexible and can do approach.
- Professional attitude.
- Highly organised.
- Focused on the client experience.
- Able to use initiative and look for ways to improve
What you will LOVE about the role of Temporary Business Administrator:
- Salary up to GBP28000 dependant on experience
- 33 hours working week flexible between the hours of 9-5.30 Mon-Fri
- Totally remote based role work from home with one a month collaborative working in the north west
- Ongoing temporary role potential of up to 12 months and possible longer term
