Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Fabric Handyman to join CBRE Managed Services Limited on a temporary basis. The role involves carrying out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks within a John Lewis Partnership building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flooring repairs
- Fixtures and fittings repairs
- Painting and decorating
- General fabric maintenance and handyman tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Own tools and PPE preferred
