Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team around the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute installations, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on a daily basis
Diagnose defects, prepare parts lists, and estimate repair timescales
Participate in the call-out rota for emergency response
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
Collaborate with the field service team and support internal operational processes
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills:
Full UK driving licence
Good experience working in a similar role within the commercial FM industry
C&G Joinery / Carpentry is beneficial but not essential
