Our client, an established Electromechanical service provider is currently seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead and support machinists to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Assign tasks, monitor progress, enforce policies, and provide training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise machinists to meet production goals.
  • Plan workflows and manage resources effectively.
  • Oversee team performance, discipline, and training.
