I am working exclusively with our client, an SME business, looking for a Group Financial Accountant that can take ownership of several group companies which continue to grow.
As the Group continue to grow both organically and by acquisition this is a newly created role to support the Group Finance Director.Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the Group.
- Oversee the preparation of financial accounts for multiple limited companies.
- Manage group tax reporting, including corporation tax and VAT.
- Lead the month end process.
- Support group wide budgeting process
- Provide key financial information to senior stakeholders up to board level.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fully ACA/ACCA Qualified.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Exposure to complex group structure and reporting needs
- Senior stakeholder exposure.
