What You'll Be Doing:

*Managing and optimizing key internal software systems, including E-Commerce, CRM, and telephony platforms.

*Liaising with third-party software providers to enhance performance and troubleshoot issues.

*Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees from a technology perspective, ensuring all equipment and software is fully operational from day one.

*Supporting the Marketing and HR teams in maintaining the company website, internal reporting, and staff training resources.

*Ensuring seamless integration and performance of key platforms such as Reapit, DocuSign, and 8x8.

*Working closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

*Helping to develop and maintain online training guides and appraisal documents used across the company.
