Eurobase People are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop their key client accounts in line with our company ethos of "exceedingexpectations". This will involve locating and sourcing talent for some of the most established IT Consultancies and Software providers based in both the UK and Europe.

The key responsibility will be the ownership of these accounts, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction while driving profitability and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will work closely with Senior stakeholders within our client’s organisation to develop a clear understanding of their structure, workload, and future pipeline, whilst building trusted relationships, and driving measurable results.

The role will also involve taking responsibility for managing and mentoring a team of delivery consultants, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure best practices are upheld. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, talent acquisition or a similar role, ideally within IT, Software, or professional services.

Whilst the role will be focused on delivery, the right individual will be a commercial thinker, who is always aware of opportunities to develop further business either within new or existing accounts, so the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership is essential.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive mindset, be motivated and energised, and possess the ability to work as a self-starter who is both planned and organised. Emotional Intelligence, coupled with the ability to build and nurture relationships will be essential for success in this role.
