Job Title: Architect (ARB)

Salary: £32,000-£39,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be seeking a passionate Architect to join a well-established Architectural and Interior Design Practice who use their extensive experience to deliver creative and inspiring projects. Their expertise covers sectors such as education, residential, retail and hospitality with a dedicated team that pride themselves on cultivating long term relationships with repeat clients. This dynamic, RIBA Chartered Practice have several exciting projects on the horizon and are keen to continue their growth.

The successful Architect will have post qualification experience in an Architecture practice with experience working on a range of projects and proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered / RIBA qualified
- At least two years of post-part 3 qualification experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe suite and Photoshop
- Experience with planning applications, design and access statement
- Communicate and present confidently with clients
- Boast creativity and design flare
- Produce high quality drawings
- Keen to input to company growth
- Work well within a team and independently
- Knowledge across a range of sectors is beneficial
- Strong technical ability
- Assist with managing a small team
- Ideally job running experience
- Live locally to the Chelmsford area
