I am seeking a talented and driven Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice located in Essex. This practice, known for its knowledgeable and collaborative team, specialises in retail, residential, and commercial projects, and has built an excellent reputation for delivering creative, bespoke designs that consistently exceed client expectations

The successful Architect will have sufficient experience and should have an excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in your abilities and should want to grow your career. Retail experience is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
  • Present work to clients
  • Work through all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
