The firm is looking for a highly skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant with post-qualification experience and a keen eye for creative design. The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering projects from concept through to completion, particularly within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Significant post Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice
- Demonstrated success whilst working on hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes
- Assist with hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews
- Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation
- Must be based in Chelmsford
