The Microbiology Analyst position at Essex and Suffolk Water in Hanningfield, Chelmsford is a full-time temporary role lasting a minimum of three months.
The job involves conducting analysis and sample processing in designated areas to meet required standards, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour.
While a background in bioscience or biology is preferred, it is not essential; however, experience in a quality-controlled environment such as GMP or GLP is advantageous.
Candidates should possess good analytical skills, be computer literate, and have an understanding of ISO standards including ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Microbiology Analyst

Full Time - Temporary ( 3 months minimum)

Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5.30pm

£12.00 per hour

Role: To carry out analysis/sample processing using designated systems in allocated work areas to the required standard.

Experience needed: Ideally you will have a bio science or biology background for this role however this isn't essential. Previous experience of working in a quality controlled environment eg: GMP/GLP would be an advantage.

Good Analytic skills.

Understanding of ISO 17025, ISO9001 and ISO14001.

You must be computer literate and be able to use basic software packages including word and excel.
