Location: Hybrid/Chelmsford
Salary: 38,000 - 43,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft EntraID environments, including overseeing a broad range of cloud services.
- Provide escalated support for productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
- Lead the implementation and operational projects related to these technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business needs.
- A degree or equivalent experience, along with evidence of continuous professional development relevant to the role, orpart qualification in a relevant professional certification combined with relevant experience.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Defender.
- Practical experience administering end-user access to a medium or large-scale Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
- Previous experience working with a medium or large-sized Microsoft 365 tenancy, particularly in managing the end-user experience with widely used applications and services.
- Hands-on experience with corporate-scale system and service virtualization in either public or private cloud environments.
- Practical experience ensuring services and data are secure and resilient through proper technology deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with a wide range of cloud-based communication and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and securing Microsoft EntraID alongside a local Active Directory deployment.
- Experience administering the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
