Job Description

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Chef de Partie with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

As a Chef de Partie you will

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

This position comes from a very prestigious school in Chelmsford, Essex. As part of Holroyd Howe we provide the exceptional catering at New Hall school to over 1600 pupils and teachers daily.

Working hours are pro rota and can be either a 7am - 3pm or 11am to 7pm with some weekend rotation shifts. At New Hall school we provide plentyful of hositality where some change in hours and days may apply.



Qualifications

  • Ideally have experience working within Education catering
  • Have a progressive career to date
  • Be up to date with current food trends
  • Have a real passion for food and customer service
  • Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
