Job Title – Chef de Partie

Overview/Company Introduction

Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work with our esteemed client on a temporary on-going basis.

Our client, based in a rural location which offers beautiful scenery and a national tourist hotspot. Contract catering style food within a café. You will be preparing a selection of breakfast options, lunch time specials and a variation of hot and cold food for residents and tourists.

Role /Responsibilities

Work alongside management and other team members offering a collaborative service.
Producing high quality food that is appealing on the eye too.
Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
Food preparation.
Stock control.
Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
Following a set menu.
Breakfast, lunch meals to be produced.

Salary and Benefits

Rates start from £15 per hour DOE.
30 days holidays (inc bank holidays)

Candidate

Experienced Chef with contract catering background
Cooking from scratch using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Driving license will be essential due to location. Unable to commute via public transport.
Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
