Join Our Team as a Marketing Executive!

Are you ready to make your mark in the dynamic leading organiser in the UK's legal sector, is on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Managerto join their vibrant team based Chelmsford.

The Role:As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our growing portfolio of clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Events, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure our marketing campaigns are effective and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Oversight: Manage digital and print assets in collaboration with the design team.
  • Marketing Planning: Create comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels including press, email, social media, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Work with the Head of Events to produce compelling content.
  • Social Media Management: Drive our online presence and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Events Team and Web Developer to maintain accurate event information on our websites.
  • External Communication: Write press releases and manage copywriting across departments.
  • Media Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with media partners.
  • Subscriber Management: Oversee our subscriber lists and ensure effective communication.

Who You Are:

  • Driven and Committed: You're ambitious and eager to grow with us.
  • Experienced: You have at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably at a management level.
  • Creative Communicator: Your copywriting skills are top-notch, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented: You execute tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Proactive Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and manage your time effectively.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly with EDM software and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with website management (WordPress preferred).
  • Understanding of GDPR and data handling regulations.

Work Environment:

Location: O ffice is conveniently from Chelmsford train station.Work Pattern: This is a permanent, Part time position the flexibility of hybrid working. During the initial probation period, full-time office presence is expected.
