As a Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping, planning, executing, and overseeing the strategy behind prize-driven promotions and competitions to boost customer engagement, generate leads, and ensure all competition and prize promotions comply with local laws, rules, and regulations.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement engaging prize and competition campaigns aligned with company objectives and customer engagement goals.
- Plan and execute cross-channel promotional strategies to create buzz and maximize participant engagement.
- Define clear objectives for each competition or prize promotion, ensuring it aligns with brand and sales goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop attractive prize concepts, promotional materials, and competition themes.
- Drive awareness and participation through email, social media, digital ads, influencer partnerships, and other marketing channels.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and emails, to promote competitions and prizes.
- Optimize campaigns for the highest reach and conversion, including drafting compelling copy and offers.
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure all competition and prize promotions comply with local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare and review official rules, terms, and conditions for competitions.
- Manage and oversee participant data, ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators for each competition or prize campaign (e.g., participation rate, website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement).
- Regularly report on campaign results and provide insights on future improvements.
- Manage the budget for prize promotions and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a marketing manager
- Experience within promotions, prize or competition-based campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal requirements for competitions and promotions.
- Experience with digital tools for creating promotional content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
