About the RoleAs a Client Account ManagerExecutive at Big Business Events, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Your ability to build trust, nurture relationships, and drive engagement will be central to your success. You’ll also focus on achieving company targets while empowering business owners to reach their goals through our innovative resources and events.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
  • Proactively schedule and promote client attendance at our events to maximise participation.
  • Foster trust and engagement by nurturing client relationships and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Effectively manage program resources to support clients' needs.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics in your area and consistently work towards achieving them.
  • Host engaging discovery and onboarding meetings via Zoom to ensure a seamless start to the client’s journey.
