Job Description:
We are seeking a skilledCNC Machine Operatorto join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts in line with technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) according to job specifications.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Document production activities and maintain records as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math skills and understanding of machining processes.
- The location of this role requires candidates to have theirown transport.
