Sonic Summary

This position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of over £60,000.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of mortgage advisory experience and hold a CeMap or equivalent qualification.
The role includes responsibilities such as recommending mortgage products, meeting performance targets, and ensuring FCA compliance.
Additional benefits include a monthly bonus of up to £750 and uncapped commission of 20-25%.
The ideal candidate should be driven, ambitious, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.
