A client of ours in Chelmsford are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join their team ASAP! This is a Temporary-Permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Paying 12.80-13.80 per hour (25,000 - 27,000 per annum) depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with all inbound tickets, responding within agreed timescales.
  • Forward customer requests to the correct departments.
  • Ensuring all inboxes are maintained and the ticketing systems.
  • Escalating any issues to manager/ relative department for guidance.
  • Negotiating returns with suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Processing Customer details on various customer portals.
  • Processing customer orders as required.
  • Processing all customer return requests as well as with Manufacturers/Suppliers.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Support Advisor position:

  • Experience in using an internal ERP system to process tickets desirable.
  • Experience within a customer support role essential.
  • Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to form good working relationships with people.
