A client of ours in Chelmsford are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join their team ASAP! This is a Temporary-Permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Paying 12.80-13.80 per hour (25,000 - 27,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with all inbound tickets, responding within agreed timescales.
- Forward customer requests to the correct departments.
- Ensuring all inboxes are maintained and the ticketing systems.
- Escalating any issues to manager/ relative department for guidance.
- Negotiating returns with suppliers/manufacturers.
- Processing Customer details on various customer portals.
- Processing customer orders as required.
- Processing all customer return requests as well as with Manufacturers/Suppliers.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Support Advisor position:
- Experience in using an internal ERP system to process tickets desirable.
- Experience within a customer support role essential.
- Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to form good working relationships with people.
