Join a dynamic production industry leader as a Customer Services Advisor and be the point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction. Working as part of our client's Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries on the phone and via email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Chase deliveries with suppliers and couriers, providing proof of deliveries and tracking information for orders.
  • Monitor purchase order confirmations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Raise support tickets to log queries and process returns of faulty or incorrectly ordered goods.
  • Manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner, resolving and distributing supplier paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and prioritise workload and priorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful order processing and sales work.

Person Specification:

  • Experience working in a customer support/admin role, passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and resolve issues.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer needs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage is highly advantageous.
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Prior experience in taking phone calls and enquiries from cusdtomers / Clients in an office environment required.
