Our client is looking for customer service operatives to work within a fast past call centre.
Working hours are mnday- friday, 9am-5pm. You would be required to work within the office 50% of the week and the rest from home.
You will be handling customer queries over the phone relating to housing support, booking repairs, logging complaints and directing calls to relevant departments.
No previous housing knowledge is needed as successful applicant will be provided with extensive training and support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicater and have the ability to engage with new people.
This is an immediate start date.
