A growing retailer are expanding their team and searching for a Customer Service Advisor.

Location: Writtle, Essex

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

You will be working within a team providing high level of customer service to all customers

Speaking with customers by phone, email and live chat
Dealing with questions or queries that customers may have
Processing orders
Resolving any delivery issue with couriers
Email management
General admin duties
Developing product knowledge

Previous experience working within Customer Service is essential, with a confident telephone manner
