Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction & Service Excellence: Welcome clients with a friendly, professional approach, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on services and solutions.
- Service Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with the team to ensure service processes are efficient and seamless.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately maintain records, process service-related paperwork, and handle transactions with precision.
- Quality & Follow-Up: Monitor service standards, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns effectively.
- Sales & Retention: Recommend additional services or products to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Customer Service Experience: Preferably in a Service Advisor role, ideally within the premium or luxury automotive sector.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask effectively while ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with automotive products, services, and warranty processes is a distinct advantage.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Confident in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer care.
