Are you a detail-driven Revit expert with a passion for coordinating complex MEP systems? We're working with a well-established building services consultancy known for delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of sectors-including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects.
They are now seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to join their dynamic team and help push the boundaries of innovative building design.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models for MEP systems.
* Collaborate closely with design engineers, architects, and external consultants.
* Maintain and manage BIM workflows and standards throughout project lifecycles.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve model issues using Navisworks and related tools.
* Provide support and mentoring to junior BIM/Revit technicians.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Revit MEP/BIM coordination role within the building services sector.
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
* Familiarity with UK building regulations and industry standards.
