A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join a well-renowned Architectural firm at their office in Chelmsford.
This well-established company has managed to forge a fantastic reputation for delivering on large-scale Residential schemes for developer clients. With a number of exciting projects confirmed for the year ahead, the company find themselves in a great position to grow their close-knit team and this will require experienced Architectural Technicians at varying levels.
The successful Architectural Technician will gain exposure to notable projects across the country whilst simultaneously receiving all the support needed to really develop their career.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
- Degree/HNC/ONC or equivalent architectural qualification
- Demonstrable experience working on the technical design for large scale residential projects
- AutoCAD proficiency to a high standard
- Proficiency with Revit, Photoshop & InDesign would be desirable
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and communication skills
A highly competitive salary is on offer to the successful Architectural Technician, likely to be in the region of 30-37k, fully dependent on experience.
Opportunities also exist at Senior level.
