Project Support Administrator // Project Support Analyst
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
6 months Fixed-Term Contract

Felsted, 2 day's a week onsite- Remote/Flexible option available

REED Technology are working with a client where they are implementing a new technology stack to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to implement and configure a new Salesforce instance.
  • Migrate Celigo connector between NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Configure and test integrations to streamline workflows and eliminate data duplication.
  • Assist with data clean-up, mapping, and migration.
  • Produce process documentation and training materials.
  • Support end users during UAT, roll out, and post-implementation.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and setup.
  • Experience with SAAS software integrations, preferably Celigo.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach to data flows.
  • Experience with structured data in spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Celigo connector setup.
  • Familiarity with SAAS billing systems, marketing technologies, and support desk software.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating user guides.
