Executive Assistant - Chelmsford

Our client based in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the business for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract starting in May 2025. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday's 8:30am-4pm. Who doesn't like an early finish every Friday?

The salary is paying 28k-30k per annum (DOE) and this role also offers hybrid working with free parking on-site. The successful candidate will be supporting with administrative tasks to the Executive Chair and Founder of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for key stakeholders via email and telephone
  • Diary management, coordinating board meetings, and arranging meeting rooms
  • Attending meetings when required, writing up minutes and agendas
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation for the Executive Chair and Founder
  • Organising events and conferences when required
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems
  • Responsible for the business's social media such as LinkedIn posts
  • Supporting with general office tasks such as copy typing, filing, printing, and post duties

To be successful for this role, you must be an experienced PA/EA at corporate level. You must have excellent organisational skills with extensive diary management experience, as well as good use of Microsoft Word and Outlook to a high standard.
