Are you looking for a new role? I am recruiting for a PA/Advanced Administrator in the Chelmsford area. This role will require the individual to provide full time support to the wider team.

Full-time: 35 hours a week

Pay: £26,160 - £27,633

Hybrid: 60% in office, 40% at home.

Location: Chelmsford

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the team's calendar and appointments in and accurate and effective manner, ensuring that meetings, conference and training events are co-ordinated so that the relevant people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Highlight and address potential conflicting priorities when required
  • To provide high-quality support to the team in preparation for key meetings and forums, including the collaboration of relevant documentation, creating agenda.
  • To attend and take minutes or notes at meetings when required
  • To arrange training events as directed, including preparation of relevant documentation as well as ensuring the provision of training materials.
  • Provide admin support as necessary to the team

Experience

  • Proven professional PA/administration support to a team.
  • Experience of managing diaries and arranging meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of Office 365 (or equivalent), Excel, Zoom, Teams and Electronic Diary Systems.
  • Experience of drafting emails and correspondence relating to routine and non-routine matters.
  • Experience of working in a small, high functioning team, ideally with an administrative focus.
  • Experience of working in an administration role in a church environment or within the charity sector
