Part-Time Business Operations ManagerHours: 25 hours per weekHybrid WorkingFTE Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Due to the continued growth of our client, we are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Business Operations Manager to join thier expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our business in the UK and play a key role in developing our exciting expansion plans. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, senior leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Senior Leadership and Strategic Business Support
- Line management of the Operations Assistant.
- Oversee daily business operations in collaboration with third-party suppliers (e.g., IT providers, web developers, legal teams).
- Support the creation and administration of sponsorship and partner contracts and booking forms in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Commercial Team.
- Develop and maintain the business operations framework, covering areas such as ethical supply chain management, supplier and contract renewals, supplier tenders, data workflows, GDPR compliance, and oversight of insurances and other policies.
- Oversee office, staffing, and HR functions, including IT equipment and supplies, office management, employee handbook and policies, new starter processing, and health and safety procedures.
Skills and Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of senior leadership experience (preferred).
- A driven, committed, and ambitious approach to work.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and keep pace with business demands.
- Confidence in assuming responsibility at a senior leadership level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional time management skills.
- Resourcefulness, organisational skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- A professional, collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with multiple departments.
