Our client is a leading firm providing expert accountancy services to a diverse range of businesses across the UK. They are looking for a Supervisor to join their Accounting & Financial Reporting team, playing a key role in service delivery, client management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure the timely and high-quality completion of accounting jobs within agreed internal budgets.
  • Work independently on assignments at client premises when required.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, assisting with training and development.
  • Prepare annual financial statements for a variety of entity types, including audit-ready reports.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and variance analysis across all accounts preparations.
Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will be experienced in the duties listed above and within a similar accounting/practice firm. You will be able to work effectively at home for 2 days per week and able to commute to the client offices in Chelmsford for 3 days a week. You will be ACA/ACCA actively studying and have excellent communication skills.
