They are currently seeking to recruit for a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager to join their Chelmsford office. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of five Financial Planning Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Administrators based from the Chelmsford office.
- Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure clients receive tailored support and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Uphold company guidelines and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Assess training requirements and implement strategies to support team development and growth.
- Drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement across the team and broader organisation.
