Salary:£22,000 - £24,000 (On target earnings £35,000)

Key Responsibilities as a Dental Sales Representative:

  • Reactivate dormant accounts and monitor customer spending trends
  • Successfully make outbound calls daily, nurturing customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate customer records and details of buying procedures
  • Assist the Inbound team by promptly answering incoming calls
  • Achieve high levels of accuracy on all orders and strive to upsell and cross-sell
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to territory growth
  • Process orders and inquiries following quality control procedures
  • Update customer database with relevant information promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team success

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the dental industry
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team player mentality
