- Process and communicate employee data, including contracts and changes.
- Manage the HR Helpdesk and shared inbox, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accuracy within the HR system.
- Support reward schemes, including long-service awards and benefits administration.
- Assist in HR projects
- Prepare HR reports and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Workday or similar is a plus).
