We are seeking an HR Administrator to support an HR team with a variety of administrative and employee lifecycle tasks. About the Role:As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will play a key role in providing professional support to employees and managers. This role involves HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate HRIS data management, and supporting key HR projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and communicate employee data, including contracts and changes.
  • Manage the HR Helpdesk and shared inbox, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain accuracy within the HR system.
  • Support reward schemes, including long-service awards and benefits administration.
  • Assist in HR projects
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Workday or similar is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
