The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in preparing detailed and competitive estimates for mechanical services in high-value residential projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive mechanical estimates for high-end residential projects
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce competitive pricing
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and terms
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgets
  • Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard
  • Monitor costs and adjust estimates as required during the project lifecycle


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating within the M&E or construction sectors
  • Previous experience working on high-end residential or similar large-scale projects (10m+)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and services, particularly in high-value residential developments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages
