A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Administrator to join our client team, a leading food supplier company based in Maldon.

In this critical support role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our QHSE systems, ensuring that our standards are met across all aspects of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain QHSE documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Arrange and track mandatory QHSE training for employees, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Help maintain records of incidents, near misses, and assist with incident investigations.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements to QHSE practices and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze QHSE data, generate reports, and maintain databases for continuous tracking and improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields, or specify experience equivalent
  • Proven experience in a QHSE administration or support role.
  • Familiar with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and other QHSE-related regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of QHSE management software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
