Sonic Summary

A Sales Negotiator position is available in Braintree with a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, plus OTE.

The role involves developing client relationships, handling viewing appointments, and supporting the offer process while working with in-house mortgage advisors.
Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, a full UK driving license, and strong communication skills.
While prior sales experience is preferable, it is not essential, and candidates are expected to be self-motivated and target-driven.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Braintree.

Duties (including but not limited to):

Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
Sales progression
Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales role preferable but not essential
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is essential
Full UK Driving License
Self-motivated and target driven
Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills.
