A Sales Negotiator position is available in Braintree with a salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, including OTE.
The role involves developing client relationships, handling viewings, and supporting the sales process while collaborating with mortgage and lettings teams.
Candidates should ideally have previous sales experience but must have experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
A full UK driving license, self-motivation, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Braintree.

Salary & Benefits

Duties (including but not limited to):

Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
Sales progression
Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales role preferable but not essential
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is essential
Full UK Driving License
Self-motivated and target driven
Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills.
