Our clients, a highly respected estate agent in the Chelmsford area, are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator for their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be driven and have experience working as a negotiator.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Up to £23,000 basic salary
  • £32,000 On Target Earnings
  • 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
  • 5 Day Work Week

Working Hours:

  • Mondays – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
  • Every Saturday 09:00 – 16:00, with lieu day in week. 

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator Role you must have:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a negotiator
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ambition and be self-motivated

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Successfully Negotiating offers
  • Calling out new properties to potential buyers
  • Marketing updates to Vendors
  • Attending and booking Viewings
  • Booking Market Appraisals
