We are seeking an experienced Site HR Manager to join our client, a world leading FMCG manufacturing company with several sites across the UK.

This is a part time role offering 30 hours per week.

Salary: OTE c.£50k FTE

About the Site HR Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to lead HR initiatives and make a significant impact on the business.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Drive organisational change and development initiatives.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

About You

The successful Site HR Manager will have proven experience and be CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ideally have experience within a Manufacturing environment as HR Manager or HR Generalist.
  • A proven track record in dealing with unions and managing union-related activities is beneficial but not essential
