We are seeking an experienced Site HR Manager to join our client, a world leading FMCG manufacturing company with several sites across the UK.
This is a part time role offering 30 hours per week.
Salary: OTE c.£50k FTE

About the Site HR Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to lead HR initiatives and make a significant impact on the business.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team
- Drive organisational change and development initiatives.
- Lead talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
About You
The successful Site HR Manager will have proven experience and be CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ideally have experience within a Manufacturing environment as HR Manager or HR Generalist.
- A proven track record in dealing with unions and managing union-related activities is beneficial but not essential
