We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Development Specialist to join our team in a part-time role.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment and has experience in a commercial recruitment environment, knows the logistics of the local market and London, and who wants to purely focus on business development and client acquisition.

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, your role will be to develop new client relationships, grow existing accounts, and generate revenue through proactive sales efforts. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities and creating tailored recruitment solutions for clients across various sectors. Your success will be driven by your ability to meet and exceed targets, build long-term partnerships, and keep a close eye on market trends.
You will be working in a flexible, hybrid role, with the option to work remotely and some travel for client meetings, depending on your targets. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to drive business growth in a rewarding, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Identify and target new client accounts, bringing in fresh business and revenue.- Client-Centric Solutions: Understand clients' strategic and tactical needs, offering bespoke recruitment solutions that align with their objectives.- Sales-Driven Growth: Thrive in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and - performance metrics.- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, commercial relationships with clients and prospects, fostering loyalty and trust.- Sales Meetings & Presentations: Conduct engaging sales meetings and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients; travel across the UK may be required, driven by your goals.- Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
About You:
- Proven business development experience within recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry.- 360 recruitment experience with a successful track record in various sectors and roles.- You are results-oriented, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.- A full UK driving licence is essential - Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.- You are a people person, building relationships and working collaboratively to achieve results.
