Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to progress within a reputable firm? My client is growing their dynamic Family team with the opportunity to work on high-net-worth family matters within a highly-ranked Legal 500 Family team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your expertise and make a real impact in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters with the support of senior team members.
- Provide high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Achieve individual fee targets while supporting the wider team's success.
- Effectively manage time to ensure smooth operations, including time recording, billing, and cash flow management.
- Contribute to business development by engaging in events, networking, seminars, and creating marketing content.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
- Proven experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial disputes and settlements
- Child arrangements (custody, visitation)
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse cases
