Our client is actively seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive (PQE 7 years+) to join their busy, hugely experienced and dynamic Private Client Team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Significant experience in the field of Private Client with ambition and passion to drive the department.
- Ability and willingness to actively market the Private Client department
- Strong IT, inter-personal skills and a positive attitude are vital
The Department is highly regarded, and you will handle your own wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters to include:-
- Wills, Codicils, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and HMRC inheritance tax forms.
- Probate and Estate Administration.
- Deeds of Variation and advising on all related tax issues.
- Court of Protection, Probate and administration of Estates and Trusts.
- Deputyship Applications.
- Enduring Powers of Attorney.
