What You'll Do
- Handle diverse Private Client matters, including:
- Trusts and Tax
- Drafting Wills
- Inheritance tax and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probates
- Estate administration
- Manage risk, compliance, and client expectations effectively.
- Collaborate in charity, marketing, and networking initiatives.
- Contribute to team development, webinars, legal clinics, and podcasts.
Traits of a Successful Candidate
- 3+ PQE in Private Client law.
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to work with the vulnerable.
- Expertise in Lexcel standards, file management, and IT systems (case management, MS Office).
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a "can-do" attitude.
