Finance/Office Administrator

Part-Time / Hybrid

Are you an experienced finance / office administrator looking for a flexible, hybrid opportunity for an established boutique organisation based near the outskirts of Chelmsford. This opportunity part time, 21 hours per week; and it can be flexible to suit school hours; however you must be available to work through the school holidays (unless annual leave is requested).

This is a fast paced business, and this role will be supporting the office across finance and general office support where necessary. The team is very personable and dynamic, and would suit an experience administrator with strong people skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance manager with administrative duties
  • Process sales and purchase invoices; manage expenses within the business
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Generate monthly reports, financial and operations for the team
  • Reconciliation of the bank accounts
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team as necessary
  • General office duties

Requirements: -

  • Proven experience within finance / office administration
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
